Use this list to make sure everything is packed, organized, and ready before your scheduled pickup date.

1-2 weeks before move-out

1. Confirm your pickup date and time.
2. Order any additional boxes or packing supplies.
3. Begin packing non-essential items.
4. Create a plan for clothing, bedding, and electronics.
5. Separate items you will take with you from items being stored.

3-5 days before move-out

1. Pack most belongings.
2. Label every box clearly.
3. Protect fragile items.
4. Organize electronics and accessories.
5. Empty drawers, cabinets, and storage areas.
6. Dispose of unwanted items.

the day before pickup

Boxes & Packing

1. All boxes packed.
2. All boxes sealed with tape.
3. All boxes labeled.
4. Fragile items protected.
5. Loose items packed.

Electronics

1. Back up important files.
2. Disconnect electronics.
3. Secure cords and accessories.
4. Pack chargers and power strips.

Clothing & Bedding

1. Laundry completed.
2. Clothing packed.
3. Bedding packed.
4. Mattress bag installed (if applicable)

Furniture

1. Drawers emptied
2. Shelves removed if neccessary.
3. Small hardware secured in labeled bags.
4. Furniture ready for transport.

apartment & dorm checklist

1. Remove all personal belongings.

vehicle storage customers

If storing a vehicle:
